About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct technical support on hardware design, software integration, and system application development to ADI customers
- Work closely with lead system architects and designers on high-voltage power conversion system evaluation and performance analysis
- Collaborate with customers and Field Application Engineers to solve complex design challenges
- Support existing and new product launches with benchtop measurements and technical collateral, including datasheets, evaluation boards, user guides, application notes, and technical articles
- Deliver technical training and develop related content for internal teams and partners
- Expand the reach of high-voltage power conversion solutions through blogs, videos, and technical articles
- Partner with marketing and Data Center, Automotive, Energy, and Industrial applications teams to shape engagement strategies and product roadmaps
- Identify emerging trends and contribute to innovative product definitions and proposals
- Work on high-voltage DC-DC modules and power distribution board projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum BSEE + 5 years of experience
- Preferred MSEE (or equivalent) + 7 years of experience in applications engineering or technical marketing
- Ideally experience in the semiconductor or high-tech sector
- Hands-on experience with silicon evaluation and system-level design
- Familiarity with high-voltage and high-power measurement equipment
- Familiarity with circuit design/simulation tools and lab equipment
- Familiarity with digital signal processing
- Interest in wide bandgap technology and high-voltage power conversion systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced technical applications role
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation
- Required travel: 10% of the time
