About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead teams developing new product solutions for next-generation portable product applications
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects from product initiation through final solution release in volume to the customer
  • Ensure appropriate due diligence for project business justification before development begins
  • Coordinate stakeholders to define project scope, full factory cost, and total development cost targets
  • Drive execution to meet scope, cost, and schedule plans
  • Maintain project schedules and achieve tapeout, samples, and release-date milestones
  • Generate and manage project risk registers
  • Communicate milestone commitments and critical project information and changes to Design, Test, Evaluation, Marketing, and other functions
  • Manage project change requests affecting schedule and cost
  • Track and record project performance to key milestones in PLE
  • Complete post-release project reviews and share lessons learned
  • Work closely with key customers, chair regular meetings, and deliver project updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years’ experience in an Engineering Project/Program Manager role working with large multinational companies (ideally)
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Strong planning skills
  • Ability to drive tasks to completion through close coordination with multiple groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet export licensing review requirements where applicable
  • Required travel: 10% of the time
  • 1st Shift/Days
