About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct data analysis using various tools and techniques
Research data science methodologies and derive novel analytical solutions
Creatively apply scientific methodologies and techniques to solve real-world problems and generate business impact
Assist in documenting model specifications and implementation details
Assist team members in developing and implementing statistical, machine learning, and AI solutions, models, and algorithms
Work closely with cross-functional business teams on client engagements and implementations
Discover and address users’ pain points to enhance the analytics platform
Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
Research, architect, implement, test, and continuously deliver new features and products

Requirements

What you’ll need

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months for this internship
Undergraduate or graduate student graduating between 2027–2028
Solid technical skills in probability, statistics, machine learning, and optimization algorithms
Proficient in Python and SQL
Ability to set up and maintain Python environments, including virtual environments, dependency management, and package installations
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Great work ethic, sense of ownership, and intellectual curiosity
Desire and ability to collaborate in a team environment
Preferred: ability to implement common machine learning algorithms from scratch
Linux and R skills are a plus
