About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Anaplan planning solutions successfully for strategic accounts
- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multidimensional models
- Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, and new functionality
- Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions
- Exemplify The Anaplan Way
- Provide timely feedback and progress updates to the Business Partner and team
- Develop model documentation
- Participate in data integration and migration solutions
- Participate in or lead UAT testing and deployment
Requirements
What you’ll need- A 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS
- 6+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions for Supply Chain, FP&A, WFP, or Sales Performance use cases
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment; Agile methodology preferable
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead and implement responsibilities simultaneously
- Service excellence orientation and collaborative style
- Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Finance, Work Force Planning, or Sales strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound data integration
- Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Results-oriented, motivated self-starter
- Coaching mentality
