About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct patent and trademark portfolio audits
- Migrate portfolios into SaaS-based software using Excel or similar tools
- Manage efficient and on-time project delivery with high quality standards
- Update software databases
- Communicate with clients and attorneys over conference calls as required
- Keep abreast of commercial IP law updates
- Understand customer requirements and provide and implement improvement ideas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficient in Japanese language (at least N3)
- 2–3 years of experience working with Japanese clients
- Experience in portfolio onboarding, including ETL and data mapping
- Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) preferred
- Prior Anaqua AQX or RH knowledge preferred
- Sound knowledge of MS Office; Excel skills required
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to prioritize individual workload and manage multiple projects
- Ability to understand internal and external customer requirements and implement improvement ideas
