About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand users’ needs, behaviors, and journeys, identifying opportunities to improve the product experience.
- Structure navigation flows and propose interface solutions aligned with user and business needs, using wireframes and prototypes to support solution development.
- Support product decisions by analyzing user experience, usage behavior, and evidence, contributing to improved usability and solution clarity.
- Contribute to the definition, evolution, and adoption of experience and interface standards across Selic products.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Data, and Technology teams to continuously improve solutions and user experiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields.
- Experience designing user journeys, navigation flows, and digital solutions for products or services.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and specifications using Figma.
- Knowledge of usability principles, user-centered design, and digital experience best practices.
- Ability to translate business and user needs into simple, intuitive, and efficient solutions.
- Knowledge of interface standards and visual consistency.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in partnership with Product and Technology.
- Analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience with Design Systems and component libraries.
- Preferred: Experience in financial markets, market infrastructure, or regulated environments.
- Preferred: Knowledge of digital accessibility.
- Preferred: Experience analyzing the behavior and usage of digital products.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to design, research, or prototyping.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies.
