About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design vision and execution for the Research team
  • Ensure cohesion and delight across the full customer journey
  • Partner across product areas and functions to eliminate friction and fill experience gaps
  • Identify and prioritize user-journey moments that drive trust, retention, and discovery
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data, marketing, and customer support
  • Translate qualitative research and quantitative data into actionable design direction
  • Evangelize the customer journey internally and foster customer empathy
  • Guide creation of user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and visual systems
  • Coach and mentor designers as strategic thinkers and customer advocates
  • Align with senior stakeholders and guide the team through complex and legacy systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience in UX or product design
  • Track record of leading design in cross-functional, collaborative environments
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end customer journey mapping and experience design
  • Experience leading teams focused on onboarding, lifecycle, navigation, and engagement
  • Strong foundation in human-centered design
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision
  • Passion for connected, high-trust, user-first experiences
  • Bonus: Background in consumer subscription products, digital ecosystems, or identity-driven experiences
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Must meet applicable work-location restrictions
