About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the leading RWA tokenization hub on Anchorage Digital’s core platform
Partner with the Head of Tokenization to co-own product design and the end-to-end technical roadmap
Define tokenization product strategy, primitives, and roadmap across issuance, lifecycle management, custody, settlement, reporting, and investor/issuer workflows
Translate regulatory, capital markets, and blockchain constraints into clear product requirements
Design issuer workflows for onboarding, structuring, minting, and servicing tokenized assets
Design investor workflows for discovering, allocating to, settling, and reporting on tokenized assets
Lead product delivery across money market funds, tokenized MMFs, broker-dealer activity, transfer agency, fixed income, equities, and other asset classes
Build reusable product foundations instead of bespoke integrations
Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and client-facing teams
Meet issuers and investors to understand needs and test product direction
Join the commercial team on live deals as the product expert on regulatory structure and on-chain mechanics
Report to the Head of Tokenization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Track record owning a technical product roadmap end-to-end in regulated financial services (capital markets, payments, asset management, or banking)
Deep working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and institutional digital asset products
Ability to translate between technical and business audiences
Experience shipping platform products with meaningful partner, regulatory, and engineering dependencies
Comfort with client-facing work, including meeting institutional prospects and clients, discovering needs, demoing product direction, and influencing commercial outcomes
Bias for ownership and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
At least two of: direct experience with tokenization, tokenized MMFs, transfer agency, broker-dealer technology, or securities issuance platforms; prior work at a regulated financial institution, trust company, or capital markets infrastructure firm; prior experience in an explicitly commercial-adjacent product role such as solutions, pre-sales, or client-facing product management
Ability to complete mandatory in-person onboarding
Claude or other AI tools experience, strong capital-markets-on-chain opinions, and direct regulator experience are bonus qualifications, not requirements
