About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver and embed AI solutions that solve business problems and create measurable client value
Lead AI engagements from discovery and opportunity prioritisation through solution design, build, deployment and adoption
Work with client Leads and Heads Ofs to translate business ambitions into practical delivery plans
Guide technical and product teams and ensure solutions are safe, scalable and outcome-focused
Challenge architectural and delivery decisions and contribute hands-on to taking AI solutions into production
Help clients develop processes, capabilities, governance and operating models to sustain and scale AI adoption
Own delivery scope, quality, risks, outcomes and client satisfaction
Establish success criteria, baseline performance and track value realisation
Redesign business processes and implement human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows
Build organisational readiness through stakeholder engagement, capability building, training and structured change
Embed AI governance and responsible adoption controls
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide practical advice
Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams, facilitate challenging conversations and build stakeholder alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

First-hand experience designing, building or directly contributing to AI solutions deployed into production
Proven experience independently leading multidisciplinary technology or AI engagements, managing client relationships and delivery outcomes
Experience translating technology capabilities into business process, operating model or ways-of-working changes, with successful adoption
Practical knowledge of modern AI architectures and delivery approaches
Ability to build business cases, prioritise opportunities and demonstrate measurable impact
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and owning scope, quality, risks, outcomes and client satisfaction
Experience with discovery, opportunity prioritisation and agile delivery
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, architects and change teams
Experience with business process redesign, human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows
Experience with operating model transformation, organisational readiness, adoption, capability building and training
Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security, reliability, regulatory considerations and responsible AI practices
Practical experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, orchestration frameworks and intelligent automation
Understanding of enterprise data, APIs, existing platforms, business workflows, identity and access controls
Knowledge of AI evaluation, testing, observability, security, cost and performance
Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical and business concepts clearly
Desirable: experience with agentic AI or multi-agent workflows; Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Snowflake, Claude Code or Claude Agent SDK; regulated or complex enterprise environments; AI delivery governance, evaluation or LLMOps; coaching client teams
