About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Embed directly within cross-functional delivery teams to capture, analyse, and articulate complex enterprise business requirements
- Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate and automate documentation, user stories, process mapping, and traditional analysis workflows
- Apply human-in-the-loop review, quality control, and validation across AI-generated outputs before stakeholder sign-off
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate high-level strategies into clear, actionable functional deliverables
- Identify process bottlenecks and champion continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience operating as a Mid or Senior Business Analyst within enterprise environments
- Strong domain background in Financial Services (wealth management, banking, or related sectors)
- Practical experience using AI tools and prompt workflows to automate traditional BA deliverables (e.g., meeting syntheses, functional specs, user journey maps)
- Strong critical thinking and editing skills to review, refine, and ensure accuracy of automated deliverables
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge gaps between business objectives and technical implementation
