About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex client engagements
Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met
Identify and manage critical risks and issues
Track and report engagement KPIs regularly
Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
Manage client expectations and resolve client-side issues
Act as the main escalation point for delivery concerns
Own engagement financials, including revenue, margin, invoicing, and collections
Prevent revenue leakage and manage scope changes
Identify and support account growth opportunities
Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams
Ensure appropriate resourcing and skills mix
Drive accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement

Experienced Head of Delivery
Strong leadership and influencing skills without relying on authority
Excellent communication skills, including simplifying complex topics for all audiences
Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
High level of planning, organisation, and resource coordination
Solid financial acumen in managing engagement budgets and margins
Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
