About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full accountability for the club’s commercial performance, client delivery, client satisfaction and account development
Act as primary business leader across key accounts, setting strategic direction and owning account health, commercial success, executive relationships and long-term client value
Advise C-suite and Director-level clients through consultative, insight-driven conversations
Connect AND Digital’s services to client value using technical and commercial expertise
Lead large-scale business development and shape and close high-value, multi-million-pound commercial deals
Create and deliver client growth strategies, shape value propositions and secure deals
Build market presence by networking and nurturing professional relationships
Support team engagement, ongoing development and individual performance
Lead the club’s operational and commercial performance, including P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and collections
Ensure alignment with AND Digital’s operating model and promote its brand, culture and values
Create a high-performing club for employees
Champion culture, engagement, growth, inclusion, learning and psychological safety

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong expertise in your craft, alongside a willingness to keep learning
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems collaboratively
Clear communication and ability to build trust quickly with clients and colleagues
Pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused approach
Ability to share knowledge and help others grow
Low-ego collaboration and enjoyment of leading multidisciplinary teams
