Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior engineering transformation leadership experience in complex environments
- Large-scale legacy modernisation and cloud migration experience
- Strong understanding of platform transformation, AWS migration patterns and modern software delivery practices
- Experience designing engineering operating models, ownership models and leadership structures
- Ability to develop credible business cases, investment profiles and delivery roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Delivery and Enterprise Architecture
