About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build fast, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using React 19 and modern TypeScript
Develop within Micro Frontend architectures using Vite Module Federation
Use Nx and pnpm monorepo tooling
Implement modern styling and navigation with Tailwind CSS v4 and React Router v7
Manage server cache and global UI state with TanStack Query v5 and Zustand v5
Ensure runtime data integrity and type safety using Zod
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with Vitest, Playwright, and MSW v2
Collaborate with Node.js/Express API layers and generated client types
Configure and maintain code quality tooling including Oxlint, ESLint, Prettier, and Husky
Roll out features safely using LaunchDarkly feature flags
Support real-user monitoring and client-side observability with Grafana Faro
Collaborate on continuous integration through GitLab CI/CD and deployments to AWS infrastructure
Work collaboratively with clients, teammates, multidisciplinary teams, and Practice Areas
Share knowledge and help others grow

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience building fast, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using React 19 and modern TypeScript
Practical experience developing Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures using Vite Module Federation
Experience with monorepo tooling such as Nx with pnpm
Mastery of Tailwind CSS v4 and React Router v7
Experience with TanStack Query v5 and Zustand v5
Experience using Zod for runtime data integrity and type safety
Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with Vitest, Playwright, and Mock Service Worker (MSW v2)
Familiarity with Node.js/Express API layers and generated client types using Hey API/OpenAPI and Swagger UI
Understanding of contract validation
Experience with Oxlint, ESLint, Prettier, and Husky
Experience using LaunchDarkly feature flags
Understanding of RUM and client-side observability tools such as Grafana Faro
Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and AWS infrastructure
