Deliver end-to-end Product Design from discovery and research through delivery and iteration
Conduct UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing and information architecture
Create UI designs and prototypes
Apply inclusive and scalable design principles through design systems and accessibility practices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile product delivery environments
Engage stakeholders, influence decisions and build alignment
Facilitate discovery, ideation, co-design workshops and collaborative design activities
Balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints
Produce high-quality work that delivers real value for clients
Help organisations navigate the future of technology using human expertise, emerging technology and AI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in end-to-end Product Design, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration
Experience in UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing and information architecture
Background in UI design and prototyping
Strong experience with design systems and accessibility, applying inclusive and scalable design principles
Experience working in Agile product delivery environments with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment
Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative design activities, including discovery, ideation and co-design
Ability to balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints to deliver effective, high-quality digital products
Willingness to keep learning
Pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused approach
Ability to communicate clearly and build trust quickly with clients and teammates
