About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse and translate business, information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints
Provide solution architecture expertise to support clients’ digital objectives
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, application and infrastructure teams to design optimal technology solutions
Identify and design dependencies with other enterprise systems
Manage and lead target designs, policies and standards
Maintain stable, viable architecture and design consistency across designated projects
Provide hands-on support alongside development teams for complex solutions and code migrations
Coach and develop AND Digital Product Developers across squads

Requirements

What you’ll need

Broad understanding of enterprise, data, application and solution IT architecture layers for enterprise-level platforms
Track record delivering end-to-end solution architecture for large and complex multi-channel digital projects
Experience with AWS, Azure, SaaS, IaaS, cloud infrastructure and multiple programming languages
Experience with TOGAF and architectural patterns/models
Experience in a consulting role
Confidence presenting, working and building relationships with clients and development teams across all seniority levels
Good knowledge of open-source technologies in full-stack environments
Experience with code management, testing and deployment tools
Experience in a professional services business in a solution architecture role for leading corporate clients
Commercial awareness of software implementation costs, ownership and impact of new technology in established organisations
Good experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery
Understanding of IT organisations, functions, roles and activities
