About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess, consult, recommend and accelerate clients’ AI transformation
Manage client engagements and deliver all required aspects through client discussions
Advise C-suite and Director-level stakeholders on AI strategy, organisational design, change and transformation plans
Assess clients’ current state and envision an AI-enabled future and transformation path
Design new technology-led ways of working across digital, data, AI and business functions
Develop innovative thinking, programmes of work and consulting engagements
Lead compelling commercial and business cases demonstrating the value of proposed changes
Transition organisations to technology-led ways of working through planning, communications and change management
Engage senior executives inside and outside IT, Technology and Digital to build understanding of AI and required change
Produce hands-on work outputs and outcomes
Contribute to AI, automation and intelligent systems practice and enhance the AI transformation offer
Speak publicly about AND Digital’s AI ambitions, attend events and represent the business at networking opportunities
Grow the regional Club through proposition development, thought leadership and team engagement
Apply a commercial mindset and support account development plans with Client Partners
Identify further opportunities for AND Digital to support clients
Contribute to regional Club revenue and financial success through client engagements and onboarding new business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Formal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience
Experience effectively delivering change within a range of organisations
Good understanding of modern, technology-led organisations and how to affect impactful change
Knowledge of digital delivery, particularly Strategy, Product, AI, Technology, Delivery and People implications
Ability to influence stakeholders with a recommended digital and AI-based transformation approach
Ability to move between various client assignments
Experience deploying AI into ways of working
Experience consulting clients and/or implementing internal change for adoption of AI into business operations or workflows
Breadth and depth of consulting expertise, including business development, preferably gained at a recognised consulting firm and/or agency-based environment
Experience responding to RFPs, creating sales-based presentations and presenting to senior client teams
Experience developing digital or product strategy and delivering commercial value
Outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship-building skills and ability to develop and maintain peer relationships with clients
Ability to identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships at Club level
Flexibility to contribute to different types of engagement
Willingness to learn, develop as a technology consultant and share expertise
