About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and drive growth of client accounts
Act as a high-level trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders
Understand clients’ business, strategy, ambitions, needs, and challenges
Identify how technology and modern engineering approaches can unlock client value
Explore client needs and pain points, propose solutions, and provide ongoing expert advice
Advise on cloud, data, integration, and full stack engineering solutions
Challenge client thinking to help achieve desired outcomes
Identify opportunities and help clients build internal business cases
Support proposal development and opportunity shaping for existing and new clients
Present technical capabilities and engineering excellence
Define business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures
Guide and mentor build teams, oversee solution design and delivery, and ensure business value
Maintain technical integrity through architectural governance and engineering best practice
Develop propositions, reusable assets, methodologies, and Practice Area intellectual property
Guide and develop ANDis across engagements, Practice Areas, and Clubs
Mentor engineers and architects and foster technical excellence, experimentation, and continuous learning
Drive account growth and greater share of client spend
Achieve 50% utilisation in this billable role
Directly influence solution quality through technical leadership and design governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep and broad technical subject matter expertise in engineering and architecture
Client engagement skills and ability to build trust and credibility with senior client stakeholders
Expertise advising C-suite stakeholders, including CPO, CTO, and CDO equivalents
Knowledge of cloud, data, integration, and full stack engineering
Expertise in modern application development, full stack architectures, and platform engineering
Experience with front-end, back-end, APIs, AI, data, DevOps, and cloud
Expertise in software architecture, full stack engineering frameworks, and delivery models
Ability to provide architectural governance and engineering best practice
Ability to guide and mentor engineers, architects, and build teams
