Requirements
What you’ll need- Software engineering experience across the whole stack, with a specialism in Java and Backend Development
- Comfortable providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development teams
- Understanding of high-quality code, architecture, and a DevOps mindset
- Proven experience mentoring and sharing and receiving regular feedback
- Experience collaborating with operations teams on recruitment, client projects, and wider digital community activities
- Experience developing technical solutions that strengthen client relationships and enable new opportunities
- Experience evaluating technologies and strategic platforms for build-versus-buy decisions
- Experience shaping engagement delivery through standards, templates, ways of working, tools, and accelerators
- Experience as a senior team member in Scrum or Kanban teams
- Practical experience and understanding of AI at scale
- Hands-on experience guiding and driving technical strategy for enterprise artificial intelligence solutions
- Strong consultative skills, including open questioning to uncover client problems and opportunities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems collaboratively
- Clear communication and ability to build trust with clients and teammates
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively
