About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the identification of potential acquisition targets through market research, analysis of industry trends, and assessment of the competitive landscape
- Assist with due diligence processes to evaluate companies
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project management
- Contribute to the deal pipeline for potential new group members
- Gain comprehensive exposure to the IT services sector
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, finance, business information systems, or a related field
- Initial experience in finance, consulting, business development, or M&A
- Experience in the IT services sector is a plus
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and a strong team player
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally based in Munich or Frankfurt; fully remote work is also possible
- Available for three to six months
