About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source applicants for positions through cold calling, data mining, and external job board searches
Work within Workday to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates
Evaluate potential candidates through preliminary phone screen assessments
Assist candidates professionally via phone, email, and in person
Document information in Microsoft Excel for tracking, trending, and monitoring
Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity
Proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs
Basic Excel experience
Comfort using a laptop computer and software
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus
