About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process monthly payroll
- Advise and support employees on compensation, social insurance, wage tax, and payroll-related matters
- Correspond with social insurance providers, government authorities, banks, tax advisors, and auditors
- Prepare for and support wage tax and social insurance audits
- Review and process travel expenses in accordance with statutory requirements
- Contribute to the further development and optimization of processes
- Support tasks and projects in finance and accounting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial professional experience in payroll processing
- Good knowledge of social insurance and wage tax law
- Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
- Discretion, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented, service-focused, and solution-oriented approach
- Full-time or part-time employment possible, with a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Application documents including a résumé and certificates
