Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement change and communication strategies for complex transformations
Understand stakeholders, identify change requirements, and derive effective measures
Communicate complex IT and transformation topics clearly and appropriately in German and English
Bring together C-level executives, management, business functions, and IT, and guide them through change
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and communication formats
Develop change concepts that deliver sustainable results
Advise clients independently and take responsibility for outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in change management, communication, or transformation—ideally working directly with or for clients
Strategic thinking
Strong methodological expertise
A pronounced focus on execution
Confident presence with C-level executives and when engaging with IT teams
Excellent German and English (C1 level)
Empathy, genuine listening skills, and the ability to build trust
Willingness to take responsibility, learn, and make an impact
Integrity, discretion, and a proactive, reliable approach to work
