Lead the design, building, testing, and delivery of cloud platform solutions for customers
Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure success of strategic IT initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor to current and future federal customers
Provide technical expertise and recommendations to solve IT challenges
Interact with senior stakeholders to drive innovation and adoption
Design, architect, implement, and maintain innovative cloud platform solutions
Analyze data and connect client strategic requirements with internal objectives
Contribute to the success of Andworx and its customers through coordination and collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced knowledge and technical experience developing and architecting enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate
Experience building technical solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and related tools
Proven success distilling technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for unfamiliar audiences
Robust critical thinking skills and ability to understand both big-picture and detailed requirements
Aptitude and passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with teammates
10 years’ work experience with increasing responsibility in technical environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience
U.S. citizenship
Active DOD Secret Clearance or ability to successfully obtain and maintain this level clearance
Software development experience
Experience rewriting and re-engineering custom legacy applications to Power Apps solutions
Technical certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency with Dataverse API, XRMToolbox, JavaScript, relational databases, Microsoft SharePoint Online, AI Builder, Azure AI, and Scrum
