About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement solutions to business problems using Microsoft Power Platform and applicable cloud platform solutions
- Participate in project teams with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand customer business processes, objectives, and solution requirements
- Assist in monitoring, governing, and controlling Power Platform environments
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions
- Understand high-level data visualization needs and provide rich visualizations to leadership
- Compile and assess user feedback to improve technical solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years' experience building technical solutions, including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)
- Ability to identify functional business requirements and satisfy business needs through design, development, testing, and delivery of effective solutions
- Ability to develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions based on requirements
- Ability to complete assigned projects and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, prospective customers, and vendors
- Clear spoken and written communication for audiences with varied backgrounds and technical expertise
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Position of Trust clearance
- Information Assurance IAT-2 level certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, SSCP, CySA+, or GICSP
- US Citizenship is required
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred
- Prior experience supporting federal government customers preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps preferred
