About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement solutions to business problems using Microsoft Power Platform and applicable cloud platforms
- Participate in project teams with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and requirements
- Train citizen developers and promote Power Platform usage and growth
- Assist in monitoring, governing, and controlling Power Platform environments
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions
- Provide rich data visualizations for leadership
- Compile and assess user feedback to improve technical solutions
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years' experience building technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)
- Ability to identify functional business requirements and satisfy business needs through design, development, testing, and delivery of effective solutions
- Attention to UX/UI design and ability to create visually pleasing solutions
- Ability to complete assigned projects and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, customers, prospective customers, and vendors
- Clear spoken and written communication for audiences with varied backgrounds and technical expertise
- Ability to successfully obtain a Position of Trust clearance
- US Citizenship required
- VISA or Green Card holders do not meet the clearance requirement
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred
- Experience integrating with leading cloud platforms preferred
- Experience supporting federal government customers preferred
