About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Finance modules and processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the company group’s existing and future entities
Configure and further develop ERP processes, interfaces, and digital Finance solutions
Analyze and optimize business processes, with a focus on accounting, consolidation, and treasury
Support and take responsibility for sub-projects within Finance transformation initiatives, such as introducing new workflows or automations
Support go-lives, rollouts, and the ongoing development of the Finance IT landscape
Work closely with Finance teams, Dynamics 365 specialists, and external consulting partners
Capture, assess, and translate Finance requirements into technical solutions
Create process documentation and deliver user training

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Finance, or Business Information Systems) or commercial training with further qualifications in Finance
Several years of experience in financial accounting
Strong understanding of Finance processes, posting logic, and month-end and year-end closing procedures
Very good German and English skills
Confident user of MS Office and common ERP systems
Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Initial experience with digitalisation projects
Interest in further developing processes and systems
