About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end planning, management, and monitoring of company-wide projects from inception through successful implementation
Planning timelines, resources, and work packages
Independent cost planning and budget control
Ensuring the economically successful delivery of projects
Coordinating and aligning with internal and external project stakeholders
Preparing and moderating meetings, workshops, and project sessions
Monitoring project progress
Documentation and reporting
Organizing training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of professional experience in project management
Very good command of German
Good command of English
Willingness to travel regularly within Austria
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong sense of responsibility, execution-oriented mindset, and team spirit
Project management education or certification is an advantage
