About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide telephone support to installers regarding technical questions
Analyze and resolve faults and malfunctions in heat pump systems
Create, update, and optimize technical documentation and certification materials
Further develop processes for efficient fault resolution
Handle RMA cases and support technical improvements
Conduct hardware and heat pump testing in collaboration with the R&D team
Support commissioning and troubleshooting directly at customer sites
Occasionally travel to customer sites for commissioning or troubleshooting
Gradually assume greater responsibility within a five-person team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Very good German skills and good written and spoken English
HTL diploma, for example in building services engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification such as a university degree
Experience with heat pumps or training in refrigeration technology
Strong technical understanding of energy systems, control engineering, and complex systems
Category B driver's license and willingness to undertake occasional field assignments
Relevant experience in technical support, service, or customer service is preferred but not required
