About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise service professional partners as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor
  • Own retention and revenue growth across the portfolio
  • Build trusted relationships with VPs, C-suite executives, and owners
  • Lead executive business reviews with performance insights, strategic recommendations, and a clear point of view
  • Conduct discovery into partners' business evolution, competitive pressures, and growth priorities
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and drive cross-functional issue resolution
  • Collaborate with partners on marketing strategies and platform investments tied to growth goals
  • Analyze appointment set rates, cost of marketing, close rates, and spend trajectory
  • Translate complex data into executive-level narratives and action plans
  • Build and maintain forecasts for funnel performance, seasonal trends, and spend pacing
  • Recommend account adjustments based on data
  • Identify expansion opportunities and build ROI-based business cases
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Support pilot programs and new initiatives while managing retention risk

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or partnerships with direct ownership of a revenue objective
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships (VP, C-suite, or owner level) as the primary point of contact
  • Ability to hold GRR and NRR accountability and sequence retention and growth motions
  • Strong analytical fluency and ability to build action plans from data
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
  • Ability to own outcomes end-to-end with limited oversight
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure where none exists
  • Experience in home services, marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based businesses is a plus
  • Experience presenting to or partnering with C-suite stakeholders at enterprise account
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
