About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote AngioDynamics’ Oncology (NanoKnife) products through customer education
- Provide clinical education and technical support to current and potential customers
- Provide case coverage, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service and product education
- Maintain current knowledge of assigned, competitive products and disease states
- Attend education meetings and review professional journals to maintain clinical competency
- Provide clinical support and training for AngioDynamics’ products
- Stay current on clinical data related to AngioDynamics’ products
- Educate the Sales Team on clinical data, product developments, clinical benefits and patient safety
- Explain clinical differences and patient outcomes between AngioDynamics’ and competitive products
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on product and therapy technical matters
- Coordinate one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, seminars and outside symposiums
- Conduct basic market development activities as needed for the assigned geography
- Travel extensively in this field position
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of clinical experience in interventional radiology, cardiology, or surgery
- Effective communication skills, including ability to interact with medical staff, Sales, Marketing and Global Franchise Leaders
- Effective teaching skills with ability to translate complex instructions clearly
- Ability to work with precision, accuracy and high attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and recommend changes to training documents
- Ability to construct an effective training program
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- RT, RN, PA, CCP, RA, ARNP or similar clinical credentialing required
- Valid driver's license required
- BS in clinical field preferred
