About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the adoption of change across the business
  • Focus on the people side of change, ensuring impacted people are aware, able and inspired to adopt change
  • Support the Change Manager with change management across the organisation
  • Help create and implement change management plans
  • Maximise adoption and usage while minimising resistance
  • Work within the Business Change team
  • Report day to day to the assigned change project
  • Work alongside the Change Manager or Project Manager
  • Build relationships with business subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Support employees in adopting, fully utilising and becoming proficient in new ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience delivering change projects (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience communicating successfully to varied audiences, managing stakeholders and shifting behaviours
  • Effective communication, active listening and collaboration skills at all levels
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • 'Can do' attitude and strong initiative
  • Planning and prioritisation skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate ideas and persuade others to adopt them
  • Energy and resilience
  • Well organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with diverse people at different levels
