About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform data into insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards that tell the story of Sales Funnel, Attraction, and Retention metrics
- Act as an internal consultant for partner teams
- Negotiate deadlines and ensure data supports national and regional targets
- Promote planning best practices
- Identify smarter and more sophisticated ways to analyze the business
- Conduct ad hoc studies on complex, specific issues
- Provide the executive board with quick answers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Analytical mindset
- Experience analyzing data and extracting non-obvious insights
- Proficiency with Excel and Power BI (essential for visualization)
- Assertive communication
- Ability to translate complex numbers into clear, impactful executive presentations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
- Knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Python or programming logic
- Previous experience in the Education sector or in MIS/Commercial Planning roles
