Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma and currently pursuing a higher education degree
- Experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict and high-friction situations professionally and empathetically
- Excellent analytical skills and a holistic perspective to identify trends and propose improvements
