About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle requests for special arrangements related to the admissions process
- Create HTML pages containing exam instructions
- Perform facial biometric verification for candidates
- Cancel and supplement course offerings in the system
- Create admissions exams in the system, including course offerings, delivery methods, and rules
- Monitor scheduled digital exams
- Monitor and follow up on exams
- Prepare the candidate portal and digital exams
- Process payments for support team shifts during admissions processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of the VESTIB and SIAF systems is desirable
- Availability to work weekends during admissions exams
