About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the client's point of contact and Bright Labs' day-to-day leader for eDiscovery projects and workstreams
Manage identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data for litigation or regulatory investigations
Assist clients with data preservation, collection strategies, forensic collections, and pre-processing workflows
Advise on data reduction strategies, processing, exception reports, search hit reports, and client communications
Develop review workflows, batching strategies, technology configurations, and Relativity training
Advise on concept clustering, near-duplicate identification, email threading, and assisted review within Relativity
Design customized client reports and troubleshoot Relativity issues with kCura
Coordinate data loads and custom Relativity development work
Support production processes, including motions, orders, proposals, production formats, strategies, and timelines
Manage engagement finances, project budgets, revenue forecasting, invoicing, scope, and timelines
Manage project close-out, data return, database archival, and data-retention communications
Provide status updates and maintain thorough project documentation
Mentor, lead, delegate, supervise, recruit, and support professional development of colleagues and personnel
Support business development through client relationships, technology demonstrations, proposals, cost estimates, networking, sales leads, and cross-selling services

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or similar degree
Extensive hands-on Relativity experience; RCA or Relativity certifications preferred
6+ years of prior experience as a consultant overseeing electronic discovery (QC, productions, workflows)
Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills
Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Ability to interact confidently with senior management and lawyers/partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work extended hours as needed (evenings and weekends)
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
