  • Lead major client engagements

  • Define value propositions aligned with client challenges and needs

  • Write and present thought leadership content, including white papers, webinars, conferences, and journal papers
  • Source, recruit, and integrate new talent
  • Support performance management, calibration, feedback, training, and development for self and team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical expertise, including critical thinking, problem solving, and specialized knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management with requisite consulting experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management, Project Controls, or Capital Project consulting
  • Experience focused on strategic facilities master planning, service line planning, and business and data analytics for large construction projects or capital projects
  • Construction Management and Project Control experience
  • Experience managing and growing a Project Controls team
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, business acumen, empathy, mentoring, and client management skills
  • Ability to identify, implement, and promote innovative ideas, technologies, and service offerings
  • Understanding of core services provided by all Ankura practices
  • Ability to manage multiple and/or complex engagements within prescribed budgets
  • Recognized internally and/or externally as an expert in one’s field
  • Ability to source, recruit, and integrate new talent
  • Commitment to professional development and diversity and inclusion
