About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Ankura’s Construction, Disputes & Advisory Business Group in client delivery services
  • Assist project team leaders and experts with detailed construction project analyses
  • Gather data through detailed document reviews and database creation and management
  • Analyze project schedule delays, project cost records, productivity, change orders, and design and construction issues
  • Use computer software to analyze and model schedules, contractor production rates, and costs
  • Produce high-quality work products and demonstrate exceptional quality control
  • Prepare client-ready work products for senior-level review
  • Support company and business group development efforts
  • Assist clients with planning, constructing, completing, and resolving disputes on major construction projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or in a business related major with solid academic performance and a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish
  • Highly motivated, driven, and energetic attitude towards work and career
  • Strong team-oriented personality characteristics: hard-working, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a positive outlook and confidence
  • Creative/analytical problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to utilize technology to solve complex problems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly while handling multiple/evolving tasks due to new engagements and/or re-prioritized deadlines
  • Ability to produce high-quality and/or final work product under strict deadlines
  • Ability to excel within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
