About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic consulting and transformation engagements, from framing key issues through developing recommendations and supporting their implementation
Provide clients with strategic direction and structure by combining industry expertise, organizational analysis, data, and market trends
Act as the primary client contact, understand their challenges, challenge their thinking, and develop pragmatic, innovative, and sustainable solutions
Lead and develop project teams
Ensure the quality of analyses and deliverables while supporting consultants’ professional development
Manage engagement objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks
Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and preparing proposals and bids
Contribute to Antares’ growth in Belgium, internal initiatives, the development of new areas of expertise, and the firm’s profile

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8 years of professional experience, including significant experience in a management/strategy consulting firm or in a strategic and transformation role
Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors is a significant advantage
Proven experience leading complex projects and managing teams
Ability to structure work, delegate effectively, and ensure a high standard of quality
Excellent ability to understand complex issues, structure strategic thinking, and translate it into concrete, actionable recommendations
Strong client orientation and confidence working with senior stakeholders
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for developing new engagements and client relationships
Excellent communication, synthesis, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Natural leadership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to help others grow
Bilingual in French and Dutch, or at minimum highly proficient in Dutch
Excellent command of English
