About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise banks, lenders and borrower clients on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, with a particular focus on lender-side work.
Prepare and deliver Certificates of Title and undertake property due diligence exercises as part of real estate finance transactions.
Manage a varied commercial property and real estate finance caseload.
Act on transactions for both lender clients and third sector borrowers, providing a balanced perspective across the financing process.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Advise on commercial property and real estate finance transactions involving third sector organisations, including charities, social businesses and other community and social purpose organisations.
Work on complex, high-quality and impactful matters within a supportive team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years' PQE in Real Estate / Commercial Property, with substantial real estate finance experience.
Strong experience acting for banks, lenders and financial institutions on real estate finance transactions is essential.
Strong technical and drafting skills.
Commercial awareness and client focus.
Ability to manage matters independently.
Experience acting on wider commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases, would be advantageous.
