About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead global field delivery, partner success, and partner health teams within Partnerships
- Set deployment strategy and determine which approaches and partners Anthropic supports
- Hire, lead, and grow a global field delivery organisation across the Americas and international markets
- Oversee delivery cadence, timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and measurable customer impact
- Define delivery assurance standards and inspect live engagements
- Build partner delivery capability, reusable delivery patterns, and centres of excellence
- Maintain independent partner health assessments and trigger escalations
- Coordinate account executives, partner account and success teams, and partner delivery leadership around one deployment plan
- Build relationships with partner delivery leaders, client technology and business leaders, and Anthropic's internal teams
- Build delivery capability in markets that lack it
- Develop measurement systems, delivery records, quality signals, and AI-native pattern-finding processes
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic partner-led deployments
- Travel to partner and customer sites and conferences for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship building
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and the partner market
- Report to the Global Head of Partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years in technical delivery, professional services or solutions leadership, including several years leading leaders
- Built a delivery organisation and executed through a period when its volume changed by an order of magnitude
- Accountable for large enterprise deployments reaching production and being used
- Experience running delivery through other people's engineers while maintaining quality standards
- Experience with or inside global systems integrators and advisory firms
- Understanding of GTM organisations anchored on a consumption business model
- Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and agent architectures
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including evals and production readiness
- Strong executive presence and durable relationships with technical and business leaders
- Passion for safe and societally beneficial technology
- Active interest in emerging AI research and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
