About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organize cross-functional subject matter experts to advance energy storage and power generation projects from ideation to commercial contract execution
Establish project plans and coordinate engineering, business development, power supply and project finance teams
Drive community engagement by representing Antora to landowners and local leaders
Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones and accountability alignment to accelerate deals to final investment decision
Build and maintain commercial contract and commercial risk tracking tools
Bridge technical, language, cultural and time zone challenges for global teams
Escalate deal risks and manage workstreams to mitigate them
Partner with legal and business development teams to execute lease, easement and title agreements
Represent Antora to community leaders and authorities to obtain required permits

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years experience in project management
At least 5 years developing wind, solar, storage, renewable hydrogen, clean data center, or other large renewable power projects
Demonstrated ability to indirectly lead and motivate cross-functional teams advancing energy deals to final investment decision and commercial contract execution
Proven experience mitigating deal/project risks through appropriate escalation and managing de-risking workstreams
Track record of building trusted relationships with project stakeholders, community leaders and decision makers
Exceptional project management abilities, including establishing project plans, managing stakeholders, communication/presentation, de-risking and influencing
Proficiency in project ownership, initiative, self-motivation, creative problem-solving and execution
Working Spanish project engineering language proficiency is a strong plus
Expertise developing a variety of technologies for large energy projects is desired
Experience with first-of-a-kind (FOAK) energy projects is desired
Experience developing projects/deals with industrial manufacturers is desired
