About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct UAS work in compliance with authority regulations and standards
Perform unaided visual scanning of the operating airspace for potential hazards
Ensure the flight path and mission area are clear of obstacles and intrusion
Practice good conduct of work according to the organization’s Operations Manual
Ensure the UAS is operated in a safe condition throughout all phases of flight
Report abnormalities when operating the UAS to the Team Lead or FOM for follow-up action
Submit all UAS flight logs and daily work reports
Discharge duties in compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS Operations requirements and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum SPM/SPVM with C+ in English
Higher than minimum qualification is an added advantage
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia
Fair command in English
Passionate in unmanned aircraft technology and application for the agricultural sector
Ability to conduct UAS work in compliance with authority regulations and standards
Ability to perform unaided visual scanning of the airspace for potential hazards
Ability to ensure flight paths and mission areas are clear of obstacles and intrusion
Ability to operate UAS safely throughout all phases of flight
Ability to report abnormalities to the Team Lead or FOM
Ability to submit UAS flight logs and daily work reports
