Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work 2nd shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
Ability to perform quality checks on mats during production for defects, correct dimensions, color, and durability
Ability to ensure products are labeled correctly
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to meet or exceed company quality standards
Regular and predictable attendance
Ability to comply with company processes and procedures
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to perform job duties in variable weather conditions, including hot weather
Successful completion of drug and background screenings
