About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
- Track progress and support families.
- Deliver exceptional in-home ABA therapy while traveling between clients.
- Independently manage time and responsibilities in an autonomous environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must maintain personal auto insurance meeting the listed bodily injury liability, property damage liability, and uninsured/underinsured motorist standards.
- Must authorize and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check with a satisfactory result.
- Must be able to commute from home to home between in-home clients.
- Afternoon availability for part-time schedule.
