About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide functional expertise in Yardi Voyager 7s / 8 modules, including Leasing, Elevate, RentCafe / Commercial Cafe, Procure to Pay, Finance, Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue, Facilities Manager / Maintenance IQ, Collection Manager, Deal Manager, Fixed Assets, and Investment Management
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Create problem statements for repetitive tickets and implement solutions to minimize tickets
Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations
Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation
Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations
Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams
Work according to client working hours in the US / Canada time zone

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager
Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager's core functional modules
Experience in new Yardi modules will be an advantage
Prior helpdesk support experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferred
Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain
Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills
Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflows
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
Ability to work India night shift and client working hours aligned with US / Canada work time zone
