About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit internal knowledge sources and design an overarching information architecture
- Restructure and maintain Apify’s Notion wiki for people and AI agents
- Identify information gaps, collaborate with content owners, and update content
- Build AI automations for ownership assignment, content reviews, outdated-content flagging, and archiving
- Own and improve the information flow for new hires
- Identify company-wide topics and select appropriate communicators, channels, and formats
- Manage internal communication channels and formats, including All Hands and the internal newsletter
- Roll out Notion standards and measure information discoverability for Apifiers and AI agents
- Run All Hands content collection, facilitation, and follow-up with the Chief of Staff and People team
- Use data to evaluate and improve communication channels and formats
Requirements
What you’ll need- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude and an automate-first approach
- 3+ years of experience working with leadership and team leaders on people-related initiatives
- Ability to spot inconsistencies and fix them independently
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Understanding of how LLMs work with context (nice to have)
- Experience building, improving, or managing knowledge bases for technical audiences (nice to have)
- Hands-on experience with Notion and familiarity with GitHub (nice to have)
