About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead requirements analysis with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams
- Translate requirements into solution scope, technical approach, delivery plans, and implementation priorities
- Own or review effort estimation, resource requirements, execution timelines, risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints
- Provide technical leadership in solution design and implementation planning
- Review and approve design artifacts, workflows, integration approaches, technical specifications, and solution documentation
- Lead and guide application development, enhancement, configuration, integration, and maintenance activities
- Review technical deliverables and provide direction to developers and support team members
- Define and oversee testing strategy, test coverage, quality checkpoints, defect management, and production readiness
- Lead architecture, technical design, solution review, and governance activities
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards, security policies, coding standards, data governance, and documentation expectations
- Coordinate release planning, environment readiness, deployment, implementation, rollouts, stakeholder communication, hypercare, and stabilization
- Lead production support coordination, incident triage, escalation, service restoration, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Monitor application stability, performance, SLA adherence, operational risks, and recurring issues
- Act as primary contact for stakeholders, customers, vendors, project managers, and support teams
- Lead workshops, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, implementation discussions, and operational readiness reviews
- Lead, mentor, coach, and support developers, analysts, and support team members
- Allocate work, monitor progress, remove blockers, identify capability gaps, and coordinate vendor resources
- Maintain technical documentation, solution design records, support guides, runbooks, lessons learned, and reusable delivery assets
- Conduct knowledge transfer and promote continuous learning and standardization
- Own transition planning and service readiness for applications moving into production support
- Ensure operational documentation, monitoring requirements, escalation paths, handover materials, SLAs, issue ownership, and acceptance criteria are complete
Requirements
What you’ll need- Programming in MS Visual C#, .NET Framework
- Programming in RESTful APIs
- SQL coding for SQL Server
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models
- Ability to lead delivery planning, sprint or milestone tracking, dependency management, issue resolution, and delivery governance
- Experience establishing or enforcing engineering practices, documentation standards, quality gates, and release readiness controls
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, design methodologies, design patterns, and anti-patterns
- Ability to review architectural requirements and guide teams in developing scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable technical designs
- Experience assessing technical trade-offs, long-term maintainability, operational impact, and business value
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, documentation, traceability, and stakeholder validation
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution scope, technical approach, delivery roadmap, and operational support model
- Experience managing requirement changes, business expectations, scope control, and impact assessment
- Strong knowledge of source control, configuration management, environment management, release governance, and deployment processes
- Experience coordinating CI/CD, build automation, deployment validation, version control, and rollback planning
- Ability to manage release dependencies, approvals, production readiness, and post-release stabilization
- Strong understanding of build tools, development frameworks, automation techniques, and quality engineering practices
- Experience defining test strategy, reviewing test coverage, supporting test automation, and managing defect resolution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, resources, and operational demands
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and execution challenges and drive mitigation
- Effective planning, tracking, organizing, and coordinating across project phases, support activities, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, business users, and technical teams
- Over 8 years of relevant IT experience, including application delivery, technical leadership, stakeholder management, production support, vendor coordination, and team management
- Prior lead or manager-level experience is preferred
