Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, stakeholders, architects, Track Lead, project managers, and development team members
  • Participate in effort estimation and project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Prepare requirements documents, user stories, technical specifications, design artifacts, workflows, and solution documentation
  • Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and implementation plans
  • Develop, enhance, review, and maintain software applications and services
  • Produce high-quality code aligned with coding, security, and performance standards
  • Conduct peer code reviews and develop reusable components, utilities, and automation capabilities
  • Create unit test plans, test cases, and testing documentation
  • Perform and support unit, integration, system, functional, and user acceptance testing
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve defects; support test automation and continuous quality improvement
  • Participate in application architecture, technical design reviews, technical discussions, and solution governance
  • Support configuration management, build automation, release management, deployment planning, rollouts, production validation, and go-live support
  • Investigate and resolve application incidents and production issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
  • Coordinate issue resolution within agreed SLAs and contribute to application stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a key contact for customers, business users, and project stakeholders
  • Provide project, solution, and delivery updates; support workshops, demonstrations, and implementation discussions
  • Document technical learnings, best practices, reusable assets, and project experiences
  • Contribute to knowledge repositories, playbooks, and technical documentation
  • Conduct knowledge transfer, mentoring, and transition support sessions
  • Prepare operational documentation, support guides, and transition materials
  • Support project handover and ensure service readiness before production transition

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Programming in MS Visual C# and .NET Framework
  • Programming in RESTful API
  • Coding SQL for SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • Understanding of software engineering practices, development frameworks, and engineering tools
  • Ability to execute assigned tasks independently while adhering to quality standards
  • Understanding of design methodologies, architecture principles, design patterns, and anti-patterns
  • Ability to convert architectural requirements into detailed technical designs
  • Knowledge of scalable, secure, and maintainable system design practices
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with requirement management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of source control, configuration management, and release processes
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices
  • Familiarity with environment management and deployment automation
  • Experience with build tools, development frameworks, and automation techniques
  • Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation concepts
