Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices using Python, FastAPI, and React
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while ensuring application reliability and supportability
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, defects, and support tickets; perform root cause analysis and implement enhancements
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs
Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and technology decisions
Write clean, maintainable code and implement automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
Monitor application performance, availability, and security, proactively addressing issues and optimization opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5–8 years of experience in software development, application maintenance, and production support
Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or other relational databases
Experience troubleshooting production issues, incident management, root cause analysis, and application support
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Agile, and DevOps practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to balance new feature development with ongoing maintenance and support of business-critical applications
